7th grade Pre-Algebra (Blue Math Connects Book)
I accidentally sent home the wrong book with your student. Their new book should be the blue Math Connects book, NOT the green one I sent home. Hopefully we will return to school before we begin using this book. However, I left the correct book in the office for the four students who did not get the correct book just in case we are not back. I am so sorry for the mix-up. For the week of the 30th we will be completing a packet of review worksheets.
The lessons we are covering this week are lessons that we need to revisit. Remember, I am expecting all students to take this time to really learn their multiplication facts. Just like the ABC's are not optional when it comes to reading, multiplication facts are not optional when it comes to math. Please take the time with your student daily to go over flash cards to help them learn these facts. Remember, they are only going to do what we hold them accountable to do!
Each worksheet is labeled Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, Day 4 and should be completed front and back. Each worksheet has a portion at the top that reteaches the skill.
8th grade Pre-Algebra
The packet I have provided is a review of the most recent lessons we have completed. These are provided to reinforce what we have already learned. Students should be able to complete these worksheets. Each worksheet is labeled Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, Day 4 and should be completed front and back. Also, each worksheet has a portion at the top that reteaches the skill. Please also take this time to go over multiplication flash cards with your student to help them learn these facts.
