I'm ready for fall temperatures!
We have finished summer reading and are beginning our writing unit with the novels.
Wednesday we will remember the events and the victims of 9/11. All students grades 6-9 must interview a parent/grandparent, neighbor, etc. who was alive during this tragic event in American history. Questions to ask: Where were you when you heard the news? How did you feel? How have the events of 9/11 changed your life? Students should write the answers to the interview in a paragraph (may be longer than a paragraph.).
