6th Math - Lessons 46-47 They will be on field trip Wednesday. Projects due 12/13 Review for nine weeks test on Friday

7th Math - Lessons 38-40 Projects due 12/9 Review for nine weeks test Friday

8th Math-Lessons 36-38 Projects due 12/9 Review for nine weeks test Friday

12/16- 12/20

6th Math Review for nine weeks test Monday--Test on Tuesday

7th Math Same as for 6th grade

8th Math Same as 6th grade but test on Thursday

Parent Notifications

1- Tests/Quizzes will no longer come home upon completion. The teachers will return them to the student to go over in class. The grades will be posted on STI. If parents wish to see the test/quiz, arrangements can be make with the teacher.

2- If your student receives detention, expect a phone call or email from Dr. Mehaffey or Mrs. Hudspeth. If your child has accumulated detentions that result in after school detention, this will be scheduled on Thursdays and parents will be notified by Dr. Mehaffey.

3- When students are absent, an Absentee Work Folder will be circulated to compile work, worksheet, notes, etc. This folder with the due date of assignments will be given to the student when they return to school. Three days are allocated for make up work unless other arrangements are determined by the teacher and Dr. Mehaffey (Handbook pg. 20).
